2. Bulk SMS Services Refund
2.1 Prepaid Credits
- Prepaid SMS credits are generally non-refundable once purchased and credited to your account
- Unused credits do not expire unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
2.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for SMS credits may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery for an extended period (more than 48 hours)
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Service discontinuation by Bulk SMS Wale
2.3 Non-Refundable Charges
- Messages that have been successfully sent and delivered are not eligible for refund
- Service fees, setup charges, and registration fees are non-refundable
- Messages rejected due to user error, invalid numbers, or non-compliance with regulations
3. WhatsApp API Services Refund
3.1 Subscription Plans
- Monthly/annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins
- Refunds may be provided for unused portion of the subscription if service is cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase
- Setup fees and integration charges are non-refundable
3.2 Message Credits
- WhatsApp message credits follow the same refund policy as SMS credits
- Unused message credits remain valid in your account
4. RCS Messaging Services Refund
RCS messaging services follow the same refund terms as Bulk SMS services. Message credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical failure or service discontinuation.
5. Website Development Services Refund
5.1 Project Cancellation
- If you cancel a website development project before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, refund will be calculated based on work completed
- Completed work and delivered assets remain the property of Bulk SMS Wale until full payment is received
5.2 Milestone Payments
- Milestone payments are generally non-refundable once the milestone is completed and approved
- Refunds for incomplete milestones may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Final payment refunds are subject to project completion status
5.3 Refund Conditions
Website development refunds may be provided if:
- We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe (excluding delays caused by client)
- We are unable to meet the agreed specifications despite reasonable attempts
- Project is cancelled within 48 hours of agreement and before any work begins
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refund Request
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bulksmswale.in
- Include your account details, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date
6.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
6.3 Refund Method
- Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction
- For bank transfers, you may need to provide bank account details
- Processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from refunds
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and charges are non-refundable:
- Service setup fees and registration charges
- Custom integration and development work already completed
- Third-party service fees and charges
- Transaction fees and payment processing charges
- Services already delivered or used
- Training and consultation services already provided
8. Service Suspension and Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions:
- No refunds will be provided for unused credits or services
- Outstanding payments remain due and payable
- We reserve the right to recover any losses incurred due to policy violations
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:
- You may request a review by our management team
- Provide additional documentation or information to support your claim
- We will conduct a fair review and respond within 10 business days
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
10. Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances such as:
- Force majeure events affecting service delivery
- Regulatory changes requiring service modification
- Technical issues beyond our control
We will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include service credits, extensions, or partial refunds at our discretion.
